  • All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified cases, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or incorrect product information.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in color, print placement, or appearance may occur depending on screen settings and production.

  • You authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the full order amount, including any shipping charges shown at checkout.

  • You are the authorized user of the chosen payment method.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website or in your order confirmation.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs procedures, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier.
  • If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision by email before the withdrawal period expires.
  • You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of withdrawal.
  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we expressly state otherwise or the goods are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
  • We will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned goods, including the standard cost of delivery, if required by applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or other cases excluded by applicable law.

8. Voluntary Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary return policy allowing eligible items to be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags attached.
  • If the return is requested because the customer changed their mind, does not like the product, or ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item or wrong size, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Sale items or clearly marked final-sale items may be excluded from this voluntary return policy, unless statutory consumer rights apply.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned goods are received and inspected.

This voluntary return policy does not limit or replace any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Legal Guarantee for Faulty Goods

Consumers are entitled to statutory rights for goods that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable law, including the legal guarantee available to consumers under EU law.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, website design, and software, is the property of Bad Decisions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

11. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to our website or social media channels:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for marketing and business purposes.
  • You confirm that you have the right to submit such content.
  • Your content must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or infringe any third-party rights.
  • We reserve the right to remove submitted content at our discretion.
